Ephesians 6:14-15 "Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of Righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace."
Have you noticed and considered that Ready and Readiness begin with "Read?"
Your reading determines your READINESS! Readiness from the Gospel comes from Reading the Gospel, including communicating with the Holy Spirit.
If I read unhealthy topics, I am then ready for unhealthy thoughts and activities.
